EcoCommunity Development is the nonprofit administrator manager over execution of "The Industrial Development Plan", and the development of EcoCommunities worldwide. The plan sets forth the vision, strategy and guidelines allowing all individuals, corporations and governments to work together to solve common problems. Eliminate poverty, dramatically reduce crime and restore our natural environment by creating profitable community-owned industrial production with multiple revenue streams.  A national umbrella association coordinating the collaboration of businesses and governments into a common plan of action building new eco-cities across America.

The plan identifies and coordinates strategic sources of funding through private equity investments in Public-Private partnerships. By building environmental infrastructures and facilities we create new platforms for industries in environmental technology development and robotics manufacturing. The system attracts Private Equity capital resources into a comprehensive business and industrial infrastructure for the common good of all citizens.  Providing education, job creation, health care and profit-sharing for those who live, work and play in the community.

Focused on the elimination of poverty and restoring the earth's natural environment the plan welcomes all nationalities and ethnic cultures to participate, making it a powerful benefit for all Americans. It will increase economic activity where there is none for people in impoverished areas across the country and add growth to the entire U.S. economy through trickle-up economics. Education, job creation and business ownership in inner cities across the country will reduce crime, reduce the demand for government spending for the poor, and simultaneously increase tax revenue at all levels of government.
